License Points and Guidelines
The State of San Andreas utilizes a points based tracking system to monitor traffic based violations committed by drivers. Once a driver exceeds the threshold set forth by the San Andreas State Legislation, they are subject to license suspension and revocation. Accumulated points are calculated during a rolling three (3) year period (IRL: 30 days).
A driver with twelve (12) points on their license is subject to;
Suspension of driving privileges for a period of no longer than ninety (90) days.
Mandatory drivers education and safety course provided by the San Andreas Division of Motor Vehicles.
A driver with sixteen (16) points on their license is subject to;
Suspension of driving privileges for a period of no longer than one hundred and eighty (180) days after successfully completing their original suspension.
Mandatory drivers education and safety course provided by the San Andreas Division of Motor Vehicles.
A driver with eighteen (18) or more points on their license is subject to;
Revocation of driving privileges for a period of time to be determined by the Circuit Court of the respected jurisdiction.
Drivers who have had their driving privileges revoked, are eligible for reinstatement of driving privileges after successfully serving the revocation for the period set by the Courts, and successfully completing a mandatory drivers education and safety course provided by the San Andreas Division of Motor Vehicles, and obtaining a certificate of satisfactory completion.
