Other Weapon Ownership

Other weapons, such as most melee weapons, are not regulated by the State of San Andreas and are generally allowed to be owned by any citizen in the state. Certain weapons are regulated on sale of the weapon, or length of blades, applicable to knives and swords carried in public.

Weapons that are regulated are as follows;

1. Knives

   1. Ballistic or switchblade knives (knives that open automatically or may be propelled) are unlawful to manufacture, possess, display, sell, or purchase.

   2. Knives with a blade greater than twelve (12) inches are unlawful to carry in public and must be transported in a secure container

2. Brass Knuckles

   1. May be possessed and carried within a case, but not actively used in any situation.
