Animal Abuse / Cruelty is a charrge for a individual who:

1. intentionally maims, mutilates, tortures, wounds, or kills a living animal

2. neglect maims, mutilates, tortures, wounds, or kills a living animal is

3. owns a pet or animal that is not reasonably considered domesticated, safe, or healthy for the animal or the owner, without a proper permit

4. leaves an animal in an unattended vehicle under conditions that endanger the health of well-being of the animal
