SA(10)01 Drivers Licenses

No person may operate a commercial motor vehicle on any road without a commercial drivers license for the type of vehicle being driven.

Drivers Licenses is a mandatory item for individuals who:

1. shall have in his or her possession or otherwise under his or her control more than one driver’s license.

2. licensee shall have the valid driver’s license issued to him or her in his or her immediate possession at all times when driving a motor vehicle upon a highway.

3. A vehicle that is being driven by someone without a valid driver’s license may be impounded and shall be put out of service until such time that the violation is corrected or a towing company moves the vehicle to private property that the vehicle is authorized to park on.
