SA(12)00 Applicability

  1. This section applies to the operation of any boat to include jetskis.

  2. Jetskis must comply with all other Titles except those listed below:

  • (8)01 through (8)05

  • (8)08 through (8)18

  • (8)21

  • (8)29

  1. Only certified boat inspectors may enforce codes under this title.

  • ((Members and only members of the Port Authority are certified boat inspectors.))
