Public Indecency is a charge reserved for individuals who in a public;

  1. engages in sexual intercourse.

  2. engages in other sexual conduct.

  3. appears in a state of nudity with the intent to arouse the sexual desires of the individual or another person.

  4. fondles the genitals of themselves, or of another person.

Class A Misdemeanor

Sentence: 20 minutes

Fine: $5,000
