Stalking is a charge reserved for individuals who;

1. intentionally and maliciously follow or harass another person who has made it known that they do not consent to such following or harassment.

2. whose actions cause another person to reasonably fear for their safety, or the safety of their close friends or relatives.

3. violates an official restraining order issued by a court.

Sentence: 20 minutes
