Pandering/Pimping is a charge reserved for individuals who;

1. knowingly recieves finacial support or maintenance from the earnings of someone engaged in prostitution.

2. recieves or tries to receive compensation for soliciting for a prostitute.

   1. Finding and bring customers for him/her.

3. procures, encouragesm or encourages others to procure another person for the purpose of prostitution.

4. forces or encourages another person to remain engaged in prostitution.

Level 5 Felony

Sentence: 40 minutes

Fine: $7,500
