SA(8)03 Drivers Licenses

Drivers Licenses is for individuals who:

1. may not drive a motor vehicle or combination of motor vehicles that is not of a type for which the person is licensed.

2. shall not have in his or her possession or otherwise under his or her control more than one driver’s license.

3. licensee shall have the valid driver’s license issued to him or her in his or her immediate possession at all times when driving a motor vehicle upon a highway.

4. A motor vehicle that is being driven by someone without a valid driver’s license may be impounded
