SA(8)04 Driving Without a License

Driving Without a License is a charge for a individual who:

1. drives a motor vehicle without a valid license

2. resident of San Andreas must have a driver's license issued by the State of Andreas.

Exception:

1. A person who has been a resident for under 10 days and has a valid driver's license in any state need not have a San Andreas Drivers Licenses.

2. Any resident operating a motor vehicle properly registered to the federal government who is authorized by the federal government to operate that vehicle.

Class B Misdemeanor

Sentence: 10 minutes

Fine: $1,000
