  1. A person who demonstrates a willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property while operating a motor vehicle, such as (but not limited to):

    1. Driving on a unpopulated sidewalk, pedestrian passageway, or plaza

    2. Meandering between lanes of traffic erratically.

    3. Demonstrating poor control of the motor vehicle or driving decisions.

Class C Misdemeanor

Sentence: 5 minutes

Fine: $500
