SA(8)08 Vehicle Insurance

Vehicle Insurance is for individuals who:

1. owners of a motor vehicle shall at all times be able to establish valid insurance for the vehicle, and shall at all times carry in the vehicle evidence of vehicle insurance.

2. involved in an accident described in Section (8)06 fails to provide evidence of vehicle insurance, as required by this section, at the time of the accident, the state shall, suspend the privilege of the driver or owner to drive a motor vehicle, including the driving privilege of a nonresident in this state.
