SA (2)06 Robbery

Robbery is a charge that is reserved for individuals who take property from the possession of another against their will, by means of force or fear.

This can be done via;

  1. SA (1)01 Criminal Threats

  2. SA (1)02 Assault

  3. SA (1)04 Battery

Level 5 Felony

Sentence: 40 minutes

Fine: $7,500

This charge CANNOT stack with SA (2)07.

Notes:

This charge shall stack with Title I crimes attempted AND/OR committed during the robbery.

This charge differs from SA (2)07 Armed Robbery by the absence of a deadly weapon during the commission of this crime.
