Level 6 Felony if the value of the stolen property is greater than $750 but less than $50,000.

Sentence: 30 minutes

Fine: $5,000

Level 5 Felony if the value of the stolen property is greater than $50,000.

Sentence: 40 minutes

Fine: $7,500
