SA (2)16 Loitering

Loitering is a charge that is reserved for individuals who;

  1. fails to leave a property when asked to do so by the owner, or agent of the owner.

  2. enters a property without a lawful purpose or to disrupt the operation of a facility.

  3. either alone or with others, remain idle with the purpose to obstruct any public street, highway, or sidewalk.

This charge CANNOT stack with any form of Trespassing or Burglary.
