Forgery is a charge that is reserved for an individual who

  1. knowingly and intentionally alters, creates, or uses a written document with the intent to defraud or decieve another.

  2. knowingly and intentionally signs a document or aggreement, electronic or otherwise, without the consent or authority of whom they are signing for.
