SA (1)05 Aggravated Battery

Aggravated Battery is a charge that is reserved for individuals who commit continued Battery and serious bodily harm is inflicted on the Victim.

A person can be charged with Aggravated Battery if:

1. The individual causes severe bodily harm by ongoing unlawful force.

2. The victim has suffered severe bodily harm.

Level 5 Felony

Sentence: 40 minutes

Fine: $7,500

Level 4 Felony if it is committed towards a Public Safety Official.

Sentence: 60 minutes

Fine: $10,000

This charge cannot stack with;
