Attempted murder is a charge that is reserved for individuals who take a direct and intentional step towards killing another person

A person can be charged with Attempted Murder if;

1. The individual has the intention of murdering another person

2. The individual attempts the action of murdering another person, leading to severe bodily harm.

Level 3 Felony

Sentence: 120 minutes

Fine: $15,000
