SA (1)14 Aiding and Abetting

Aiding and Abetting applies to individuals who;

1. Assisted in the commission of the criminal offense.

   1. They must not have been involved in the criminal offense.

2. Assisted in the escape of a perpetrator or hid a perpetrator from law enforcement.

   1. This applies to escape plans, harboring, and willfully transporting the perpetrator.

Aiding and Abetting shall be charged with the same designation as the criminal offense that was committed when the individual was involved in the planning, or escape of said crime.

Aiding and Abetting shall be charged as a Felony if the individual was harboring or transporting a suspect and knowingly hid their whereabouts from law enforcement.

Level 4 Felony if the individual was harboring or transporting a suspect and knowingly hid their whereabouts from law enforcement.

Sentence: 60 minutes
