SA (1)07 Involuntary Manslaughter

Involuntary Manslaughter is a charge that is reserved for individuals who unintentionally kill another with no spite or anger.

A person can be charged with Involuntary Manslaughter if:

  1. The individual unintentionally kills another through a criminal accident or negligence.

    1. Examples of this are

      1. DUI Accident leading to a fatality

      2. Negligence when performing Medical Procedures

      3. Etc.

This charge CANNOT stack with;
