SA (1)09 Murder

Murder is a charge that is reserved for individuals who kill another person with premeditation.

A person can be charged with Murder if:

1. The individual planned and executed the unlawful killing of another person.

2. The individual killed another person during the commission of a violent crime.

   1. Armed Robbery, Carjacking, etc.

Level 1 Felony

Sentence: 240 minutes

Fine: $25,000
